With the authorized guidance of National Research Centre for Banana (NRCB) and with the aim to render value added by products of banana to everyone through marketing, we have introduced our company K K BANANAS.

The bananas are cultivated in our land in the Vellamcode panchayat, from the Western part of Kanyakumari district. This delicacy of the banana is chosen to provide people the trace elements and mineral salts of the Fruit to everyone.

The Food products of our company is produced by the technology directed by the NRCB. Under the control of India food safety and the Standards Authority, our by products are being marketed with export quality. We also distribute the products of other companies that are under the regulations of NRCB.

We also market Grade A Agmark quality Honey and Upgraded Honey products from Marthandam Bharathi Honey Company who has been distinguished in Honey bee rearing and Professional Honey lenders.

We are happy to distribute the products in wholesale for the retail sales dealers and retail merchants.

This is why the Government of India has given pride to Marthandam Honey by giving it a geographical indication (GI) tag. Also, Marthandam area is also known as "honey bowl" of Tamil Nadu.

Mr.Thenichai(honeybee) sekarapillai was a pioneer farmer in beekeeping in KanyaKumari district. The one of pioneer member of the Marthandam Beekeeping Society to be honored and respected by the beekeepers. Under the guidance of Mr. Sekarapillai, his grandson Mr. Harikumar from vellamcode, successfully doing traditional bee keeping business for over 30 years.

Our company, which is specialized in selling honey and honey-based value added products in an unadulterated manner with the aim of reaching all the people with 100% best quality, is currently selling its products under the brand name of "Marthandam Bharati" in collaboration with "KK Bananas" company under the laws of Government Food Safety and Standardization Commission of Tamil Nadu. We are happy to announce that our sales are expanding to all regions of Tamilnadu.

Also, our company sells beekeeping box (with bees), beekeeping equipment and honey extraction equipment etc. We are also happy to announce that a handbook containing traditional bee keeping tips will be provided for the people who are eager to learn traditional way of bee keeping
