Aerocon Blocks

The finest alternative to ecologically unsustainable materials like hollow and concrete blocks, clay bricks, and bricks is Aerocon Blocks. Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, often known as AAC blocks, are presently most frequently used in building construction for partition walls.  AAC blocks are a popular choice among architects nowadays since they don't add unneeded weight to buildings and provide the greatest plastering finish. These blocks were made using eco-friendly and green materials that have received certification. They don't release volatile organic compounds, or VOCs, which may pollute the environment. They are simple to install and they take less time to finish the building process. For partition walls, Aerocon blocks perform better than bricks and concrete blocks. These materials provide high thermal insulation because of their closed cell structure. They assist the user in reducing power costs by keeping interiors warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Aerocon blocks comes in different sizes. Generally the length and the breadth of all AEROCON blocks are 600 mm and 200 mm respectively, but the height varies depending on the need of the client and application. The height of AEROCON blocks ranges from 75 mm, upto 250 mm with every new block size of 25 mm height difference. 

The AAC Aerocon blocks have their weights calculated by a simplistic formula of calculating mass, that is, volume times density. The dimensions of the block will yield the result of volume and the a standard density of dry block is 600 kg per cubic meter, and that of wet block is 800 kg per cubic meter. Using this, the mass can be calculated.
