After continuing to work for someone else to make ends meet, Mr. Manoj Jain, using his experience and understanding of market situations, experimented with the fabrication hand woven carry bags in 1997. He used to cut and sew the fabric into a functional handbag. He used to pitch to clients after the handbags were finished. He did it manually at first. In 2007, he set up a factory and employed labourers as the company grew and achieved good results by tying every chunk of effort together. In 2019, his son, Mr. Akshay Jain, stepped into the family business and
