Working principle:
The 5XDC Series Belt Type Separator working principle base on materiala s different shape and under the function of gravity acceleration, makes the different coefficients of sliding friction and rolling friction on the material (beans), lead to grading the material (beans). After starting work, under acceleration gravity function, material moves in the belt. At the same time impurities will be moved to higher position and collected to impurity outlet, the impurity includes clod, stones, half size seed, blight seed and so on. The good seed has small friction, so will drop to the low outlet. This machine is suitable for processing the round shape seed, such as beans etc.
