40 Selsius Degree Baking Dry Cabinets E40c-790

These 40 Selsius Degree Baking Dry Cabinets E40C-790 is a bi-functional auto dry cabinet. Heaters and dehumidifiers work at the same time to increase the evaporation. Dehumidifying rate works 2 times faster than the regular dry cabinet. It bakes and stables the temperature at 40a and 5%RH in constant. When the heating reach to 40a , the drying cabinet continue working and keeps the humidity at ultra-low <5%RH, prevent moistures re-entering the components. It is especially designed to comply with J-STD-033 for all the moisture sensitive SMD storages and an ultimate dry cabinet for all MSD parts.

Major functions:
According to J-STD-033B that Moisture sensitivity SMD packages which are exposed to the air and exceed the floor life should be baked at 40a and stored in <5%RH ambient to reset their floor life (see J-STD-033B table 4-1, 4-3). Our E40C is especially designed to fit for this requirement.
Wider application in resetting the floor life: For example: If MSD parts Level 4,5 and 5a are exposed to the air for less than 8 hours, they should be stored in a dry cabinet to reset their floor life. However, if their exposure time is longer than 8 hours, the SMD packages must store at 40a baking machine to reset the floor life to zero.

Labor saving: SMD packages shipped in low temperature is suggested not to bake in a traditional temperature oven higher than 40a , as it is very likely to cause deformation to the components.
