We are instrumental in manufacturing, exporting, distributing, trading and supplying to our valuable customers excellent quality Acme Atom Safety Shoes which is available with following specification:-
1.Appearance & design: Low-neck safety shoe as per design as agreed between buyer & purchaser, which ensure the maximum comfort with comfortable last fitting. The Height of the upper for all sizes 5-11 as per to be less then 103mm measured from outside with out heel height as per IS 15298 (part1): 2002/ISO 8782-1:1998.
2.Process: Shoes made with direct injection process without using nails.
3.Upper: Finest genuine Bartan print Non DIN black colour leather with minimum thickness2.0-2.2 mm, chrome content optimized .The tensile strength should not be less then 21M pascal. The other parameters as per IS: 5677:1986
4.Vamp lining : Vamp made Non woven fabric (250--GSM) with minimum 1.2 mm thick sweat absorbent .
5.Socks : Moulded socks of cambrell laminated with EVA
6.Soles: Flexible made of with DIP (Direct injection process) single density polyurethane, having relative density 0.50-0.70. Anti-skid, . Acid, Alkali & water-resistant. Heat resistant up to 120i Centigrade and shore hardness up to 60 Shore A. The other properties as per IS: 15298. the heel part will be of 34-40mm while the toe thickness will be 18-25mm.
7.Insoles: The Insole should not be less then 2.0mm made up of Non woven fabric strobel material .
