FRP gratings are manufactured / fabricated by inter-weaving continuous thoroughly wetted fibreglass strands with a thermosetting resin system. Liquid resin and the glass rovings are poured into the standard mould manually. Moulded gratings are taken out of the mould only after curing the resin.
