Agricultural Equipment

Since ancient times, people have been usingsome tools to help them to grow and harvest crops like the hoe, rake, trowel, oxen driven plough, etc. With the advent of time agricultural equipment have seen large scale automation making farming less laborious and faster. Todaya s agricultural equipment not only facilitates to cultivate and harvest crops they also help farmers to prepare the soil for the next crop and to harvest the ripened crops.

Farm equipment invariably includes any mechanical or electrical component that transmits or modifies energy to perform a variety of tasks. Examples of some agricultural equipment include: balers, conveyors, manure spreaders, bale choppers, mowers shredders, harvesters, grinders, blowers, power washers, augers, etc. Agricultural equipment available in the market and thus to farmers worldwide, provide ease of farming practices include planting, weeding, fertilizing, and combating pests.
