BLADES:-
The three blades type one piece aluminum alloy blade is designed on the aero dynamic principals. The blades are perfectly machined for vibration free performance and to reduce noise level.

GUARDS:-
The fan guards are manufactured from heavy gauge round H.B. Wires for sturdy construction. The Guards are properly welded to safe guard from loose open joints and are powder coated.

BRACKET:-
The wall bracket is fabricated from heavy gauge mild steel plate and ERW tube which is supported by counter balancing spring bush and roll threaded stud is provided for easy operation of tilting at suitable angle.

OSCILLATION MECHANISM:-
The Oscillation mechanism comprises of twin gear system for maximum load carrying capacity. The worm is from EN-8 steel and gear is moulded from BASF A3K nylon, the cam lever is casted from gun metal and gear box is provided with lubricated sinter phosphorus bronze sleeve bearings. The Mechanism totally enclosed and sealed in lubrication to resist wear and tear.

SURFACE FINISHING:-
All parts are chemically treated and coated with enamel paints which is very highly scratch resistance and can with stand adverse weather conditions.
