General Description of Auto Hoist Power Units :
As one part of our RBZ series power unit family,this power unit is widely used in 2-post auto hoist.Push the start button on the motor to lift the machine.The lowering movement is activated by the manual release valve,with the lowering speed controlled by the throttle valve in the retum line.The power unit also applies to different kinds of hydraulic fork lift and scissors lift.

1.Please go to page 1 or consult our sales engineer for the different pump displacement, motor power or tank capacity.
Special Notes :
1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only be worked intermittently,ie.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts conceded before mounting the power unit.
3.The viscosity of the oil should be 15-68 cst.
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours
5.Monte the power unit horizontally.
6i Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
