Barrier coat is a non drying paste based on inorganic clay, water, high boiling hydrocarbon solvent and additives to form a layer media & prevent adhesion of overspray paint inside spray booth structure and fittings. Barrier coat also creates a dust and dirt-retaining surface to help generate dust free area inside the paint booth. Barrier coat is white to off-white in color thus improving appearance when replaced or used in place of grease or oil. Barrier coat starts it's action of collecting over spray paint immediately on application.Barrier coatis suitable for application on paint booth structures exposed to overspray paint & can be scraped out from the structure, along with deposited paint particles. This is followed by a water wash.
