The operation performance consists of two parts, high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage. The technical parameter of the pump is 6 X 102 Pa. According to the users operation requirements, can be equipped with a vacuum booster pump and this pump is used as a backing pump. Since the booster pump increased suction force, accompanied with the continuous suction of the backing pump the equipment will obtain higher vacuum percentage.   Features: 1.
