Composition : The main ingredients is benzoylmetronidazole.
Description : White or off-white tablets
Indications :
1.Urogenital system trichomoniasis, such as vaginal Trichomoniasis.
2. Intestinal and extraintestinal amoebiasis, such as amoebiasis and amoebic liver abscess etc.
3. Giardiasis
4. All kind of infections caused by sensitive anaerobic bacteria, such as bacteremia, sapraemia, abdomen infections post operation etc.
5. Prevent gynecology, surgery infections post operation caused by anaerobic bacteria.
Contraindications :
1. Persons have hypersensitivity to product are forbidden.
2. Pregnant women and women in lactation are forbidden.
3. Patients with active central nervous system disease and blood disease are forbidden.
Precautions :
1. Patients should be temperance during product is used.
2. Urine may appear dark color after using product.
3. After benzoylmetronidazole hydrolyzing, its absorption slower and peak value is lower compared with taking metronidazole; therefore, benzoylmetronidazole should be carefully used for commencing therapy of acute cases.
4. Patients with dysfunction of liver and kidney should decrease dose or follow the advice of physician.
