The biomass gasifier and biomass gasification power plant we supply here is using 100% agricultural and forest waste as fuel. In the gasifier, the waste biomass material is converted into biomass syngas of high temperature at atmospheric pressure and controlled gasification temperature. After removing dust through ash cyclone, the syngas out of gasifier enters cooling and cleaning system. Through strictly purification and cooling by multiple stage scrubbers and filters, the syngas will be send to gas tank, and then will be send to engine and generator with constant pressure. A pressure reliever is equipped to ensure the system safety. Finally, the generated electricity power is supplied to electric room or workshop as per voltage and frequency required by customer.

The biomass gasifier can work with low speed or high speed engine and generator using 100% biomass gas from the gasifier as fuel. Gas output of the biomass gasifier has been already serialized and can meet the demand of gas supply from 100~2000kw electric power generation. Furthermore, the biomass gasifier can supply gas for heating and cooking for household use in remote area and village, and supply hot gas to boiler or heat exchanger to produce steam or hot air for drying.
