The conical bottom of the PELLETINDIA cooler provides for an even distribution of the hot pellets across the entire cross-section as they enter the cooling chamber. This ensures a uniform thickness of the product layer, so that homogeneous cooling can deliver a consistent pellet quality
Reduced pellet breakage and residues:
The unique product discharge, consisting of air cushions and a vibration motor, allows your pellets to flow smoothly into the hopper beneath, leaving almost no residues
