It also can briquett any biomass singlely while in mechanical machine we have to mix various biomass for briquetting. The hydraulic design overcomes the following defect  of mechanical  machine.Power 50 HP while mechanical machine needs 95 HP for same 1.5 ton.Ram change time 1000 ton while Mechanical 60 to 100 ton. Ideal moisture for mechanical machine 7% to 20 % hydraulic machine can handle 45 % moisture bagasse.No wear and tear parts easy service In hydraulic machine In mechanical machine  lubrication , crank,  connecting rod , bearing all are to be taken care .
