Manufactured as per design from M/s KUHNE-GmbH.
Barrier Screw design ensures low melt temp and avoids flow of un-melted particles to Die.
The screw profile ensures the melt homogenity and melt strength .
Back word extraction of screw saves space and efforts.
HSS Grooved sleeve ensures quick churning of polymer.
Designed by KUHNE-GmbH & manufactured by Windsor India.
Spiral mandrel designed to suit the wide range of Layer Ratio viz. For Non IBC Die :- up to 1:3:1 and For IBC Die :- up to 1:6:1.
Generates adequate internal pressure to ensure high melt strength & better surface finish of Film.
Wide Range of Die Lips :- For Non IBC :- 175mm to 375 mm & For IBC :- 300 mm to 600 mm respectively.
The Die has a special profile with internal branching to ensure the uniform flow of polymer in each layer and uniform heat distribution pattern. We offer Windsor make high volume cooling Ring as the standard scope & Imported cooling ring as an option at an Additional price.
