We are offering our client an excellent quality range of Boiler Water Sludge Conditioner. Boiler water sludge is caused by small quantities of hardness salts and traces of suspended matter present in operational steam boilers and feed waters.
If left untreated, salt and suspended matter concentrations increase in the boiler water to create sludge. This sludge settles and eventually a bakesa onto the boiler heat transfer surfaces, forming a hard crystalline scale which increases maintenance costs and degrades overall boiler efficiency.

Excellent combination of phosphate and polymer treatment for steam boiler systems up to 40 kg pressure. Used as a scale inhibitor and suspended solids control agent it is ideal for use with softened and low hardness waters.
It is a boiler feedwater treatment for scale control, achieved through a combination of a phosphate residual program using specialist polymer technology. It can be used as a phosphate treatment at low temperatures for low harness, softened and/or dealkalized feedwaters in boilers.
The phosphate reacts with the hardness whilst the polymer provides transport of the Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphate and Silica through the boiler, preventing scales adhering to the metal.
