These do no require any lever or links and work directly in an efficient manner. Among he parts of these motors, only Friction Liner Plate needs replacement due to wear and tear. Also, this is easily replaceable. Rotating parts stop after some time of switching off the power which can be immediately stopped by brake motor. We mount all the brakes on non-driving end of motor and braking disc on shaft.
