Take the engineering building material such as wasted templates, wasted veneer as raw material to solidified and extruded into high density biomass pellet through pretreatment and process. The calorific value of biomass pellets are very huge which could be around 3900~4800 kcal/kg, and it also could be around 7000a 8000kcal/kg after carbonization. The biomass pellets as a kind of high efficient and clean renewable energy could be widely used for biomass power station, biomass steam boiler, household fireplace, drying oven and biomass gasification furnace and so on. Mainly is engineering building material such as wasted templates, wasted veneer.
Process introduction :
Make the wasted engineering templates into wood chips with 20-30mm dimension and 3mm thickness by template crusher, then fine grinded into sawdust with 3-4mm by hammer mill. After screened by cleaner, the sawdust will be dried the moisture from 30% to 15% through three layer drum dryer, finally go to the pellet mill to make pellets, the final pellet diameter are optional from 6-10mm. After pelleting and cooling, it is packed into 20-50kg/ bag by small bag packing scale for convenient transportation and sale. 4t/h Building templates pellet production project has a total power of 825kw, the area of workshop is about 1800a including the raw material warehouse and finished products warehouse, the whole line is characterized by compact design and reasonable structure, and satisfied by environment protection requirements, meanwhile it can be directed to customers design.

Grinding process :
The grinding process of building templates pellet production project consists of more than one auxiliary equipment such as cyclone, bag filter, and the grinding work has no dust discharge. After grinding, the sawdust will be transported through pneumatic transmission by the fan suction air pressure. The output sawdust is generally about 3-4 mm. The hammer mill is a water droplet type structure with high grinding efficiency; the hammer mill rotor can be operated in forward and reverse directions to improve the service life of the hammer blade; the direct transmission mode of the motor is adopted, the transmission efficiency is high, and the maintenance is convenient.
