Bulk Cement Trailer (35cbm)

We are engaged in offering excellent quality Bulk Cement Trailer (35CBM) to our valuable clients.
Tank:
There are 2 manholes for each compartment. Tank body metal steel manufactured of 4 mm ST37 steel.
At the top of the tank there is a overflowed pool.
- There is a walking platform mounted onto the tank.
- To access to top of the tank there is a ladder placed at the backside of the tank.
- Air manometer for inside pressure.
- Inside hose system for discharge.

Chassis:
Monoblock chassis, chassis is produced with 5 mm ST 52 A1 quality sheet and 120x12 I beam steel by a gas applied welding methoda .

Axle:
Axles are Turkish brand axles each have 9 ton loading capacity. Suspensions are air suspension system.

Tires:
Tires are 385 65 R 22, 5; 6 + 1 Unit 11, 75-22,5 rims

Brake System:
Designed according into the european standards Wabco products are used on equipped with automatic brake adjustment brake chambers (30 cylinder) Brake linings (420x200 mm) axle brakes EBS system.There are two pieces of replecable protective brake sockets

Landing Leg:
24 Ton loading capacity landing leg. Double speed, telescopic landing leg.

King-Pin:
2a King pin in accordance to DIN Standard.

Electric System:
Electric system is 24 volt with E certificate. Electrical Equipment / Lighting Electrical Socket complying with the European Community 76/756 EWG regulations, in conformity with ISO 12098, having 15 poles or 2x7 poles connected to the vehiclea s front air panel.
