1.Type of Oil: the machine will be filtering (e.g.,edible or industrial). Different oils may require different filtration processes.

2.Flow Rate: of oil to be filtered in Lpm. This will help determine the capacity and efficiency of the machine.

3.Particle Size: That need to be removed from the oil in micron. This will guide the selection of appropriate filtration mechanisms (e.g., micron filters, centrifugal separators). Also define before and after process particles size requirements.

4.Water removal required or not.

5.Viscosity of oil in Cps at room temperature and at process temperature.

6.Base oil or not, PH oil.

7.Oil max temperature allowed.

8.Operating Conditions: the environmental where the machine will operate (e.g., indoor, outdoor, hazardous areas also online/offline etc).

9.Automation Level: Manual operation Or semi-automatic Or fully automated for the machine.
