This CFL Washing Coating Machine is a circular design for cleaning drying and coating the formed U-shape glass tube before baking it. The washing and coating units comprise a total of 264 heads. Each head holds two glass tubes and is driven by a barrel cam. Among these heads, there are two heads providing with hot water, while another two providing with pure water. A cleaned glass tube is dried by hot air and then coated with AL2O3 at the end of the tube by supersonic wave and dried off again. Then afterwards it will be dried off again. The tubes will be conveyed to the position for coating. Before coating, the tubes will be reversed, and the fluorescent paste will be filled into the tube. The quantity to be filled is controlled by a sensor. Then the tubes will be reversed again making the coating to be distributed uniformly. Each head of this machine can hold two tubes, while coating, it is four tubes once a time.
