Physical specifications: Yellowish green gas with strong odor. Not easily solved in water.
Stability and reactions: When dissolving in water it produces hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid which is strongly corrosive and as a very strong oxidizer is incompatible with most substances.
Handling and storage: Keep away from direct sun rays, heat and flammable materials. Avoid cylinders from falling
Environmental precautions: Find the leakage spot using ammonia and neutralize by caustic soda and soda ash.
