Brief Introduction:

There are many ways to manufacture the concrete pipes, today, we are introducing the traditional and most easy way. It is the Vertical Vibration Wet Cast Concrete Pipe Mould with the electric vibrating rod or the attached pneumatic vibrator outside the mould.

Wet Cast Concrete Pipe Machinery/ mould includes:

1) inner mould
2) outer mould
3) bottom pallet
4) vibrating motor

Working Principle:

1)the inner mould will be designed a taper on the top, the wet concrete will be feeded into the span between the inner mould and outer mould.
2) then use the high frequency vibrating motor or the vibrating rod , and vibrate the concrete solid, and intensity.
3) if natural curing, the mould can be released after 24 hours.
4) bottom Pallet: because it is vertical casting, and also the wet concrete, there will need the bottom pallet to
hold the concrete pipe before it reaches the strength C20.
5) all the pipes can be used for road culvert and other projects after curing by spraying water for 3-4 days.
