These Conical twin barrel for twin-screw extrusion is one of our primary product ranges, including the counter-rotating parallel twin barrel, co-rotating parallel twin barrel and conical twin barrel.
We usually manufacture them with the base material of 38CrMoAlA and 40Cr. If you have a much higher requirement on the anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion, the material of SKD61 and fully hardened powder are both available.Depending on the different process applications, different types of surface treatment are provided, such as nitriding, alloy sprayed, hard chrome plated, etc.
We are able to provide any parallel barrels from N 45mm to N 200mm, conical barrels from N 25i N 45 to N 92i N 188, with maximum length 8000mm and their correspondent screws.
