Our professional team is growing stronger and stronger, and in 2019, we completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of T.F.C.T (THE FIRST CONTACT TECH CO., LTD.,) a leading manufacturer of high-end electronic component automated inspection machines (AOI), mainly used in passive components, semiconductors, LEDs and other industries, representing customers such as YAGEO, WALSIN, TA-I , EVERLIGHT, etc. T.F.C.T main products are chip electronic component automated inspection machines (AOI), which are suitable for passive components, resistance, inductance, capacitance (RLC) and semiconductors, LEDs, diodes and other wafer-based components. CCM focuses on the development, design and manufacture of optical sorting machines and fastener molding machines, which are marketed worldwide under its own brand name CCM and are mainly sold to fastener manufacturers in the automotive and aerospace industries. Both companies are precision inspection equipment R&D and manufacturing companies. The acquisition of T.F.C.T shares will enable CCM to expand its product diversification and adopt multi-brand marketing to meet different customer needs.
