Destoning
Grading
Dal milling
Craking
Dehulling
Cooking
Flaking
Solvent extraction of Oil.

The Deoiled Flakes so obtained are desolventised & toasted under appropriate temparature & moisture to yield Soya Meal with controlled urease activity.

The produce is further cooled dried & graded to get uniform size Soya Meal/ Flakes with right moisture.
