Adopting the dry process technique, FTA complete set maize milling machine can produce low fat corn grits, corm germ, corn flour and corn peel with different size at the same time. The throughput of the set varies from 30 tons to 200 tons per 24 hours. The whole assembly line consists of grain cleaning, maize peeling, maize milling and maize flour packing parts.
Process Flow:
Impurities removal in the destoner or grader firstly and then the pure grain be transformed to the intensive dampener, after intensive and gentle dampening, the maize will be peeled and crushed in the pulverizer. After the flour extracting, the maize will go through the degerming and germ separating machine and be milled further in the pulverizer. At the end of the procedure, the produced maize flour will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
We adopt combined dehusking and degerming technology, and our corn processing machine can produce low-fat corn grits, corn flour and corn bran with different granularities. Corn grits and corn flour are suitable for foodstuffs factories, breweries, lactic acid factories, corn sugar mills and other processing enterprises using corn as material. They are also ideal foodstuffs for urban residents to improve life quality. Corn bran can be used for feeds (It can be directly packed, drying is not needed).
