CPD Series is automatic polyacrylamide mixing and batching machine, it is a machine and equipment specially used for the production of polyacrylamide (PAM). The working process of automatic polyacrylamide mixing and batching machine is as follows:

Put the polyacrylamide powder and liquid to be mixed into the feeding system according to the proportion.

The metering pump sends powder and liquid into the mixing barrel respectively according to the set proportion.

The mixing system in the mixing bucket starts to work, mixing the polyacrylamide powder and liquid evenly.

The control system monitors the whole equipment and will send an alarm signal when the equipment is abnormal.

The mixed polyacrylamide is sent to the downstream production line or storage tank through the conveying system.
