CPD Series is automatic polyacrylamide mixing and batching machine, it is a machine and equipment specially used for the production of polyacrylamide (PAM). PAM is a polymer compound with strong water absorption and adhesion. It is widely used in water treatment, oil field exploitation, soil stability and other fields.
CPD Series automatic polyacrylamide mixing and batching machine mainly consists of the following parts:
Mixing barrel: used for mixing different types of polyacrylamide powder and liquid. The capacity of mixing barrel can be selected according to production needs
Feeding system: a system for feeding polyacrylamide powder and liquid into mixing drum, which can realize accurate batching through metering pump.
Mixing system: fully mix the polyacrylamide powder and liquid in the mixing barrel to ensure the stable quality of the mixture.
Control system: used to control the operation of the whole machine and equipment, including the operation of the metering pump, the mixing speed of the mixing barrel, and the alarm of the equipment.
Conveying system: deliver the mixed polyacrylamide to the downstream production line or storage tank.
