Demister consists of multiple layers of knitted and crimped monofilament ( 0.274 mm0) wire mesh fabric. The knitted and crimped mesh increases contact surface and porosity of fabric, prevents blocking and gives constant porosity throughout the metal due to this separation efficiency increases up to 99 % at lower pressure drop & gas velocity.
