The mercaptosilane present in Deolink MX is set free from the carrier during the mixing process. The chemical bond between polymer and filler improves the physical properties of the vulcanizate.ApplicationDeolink TESPT is used to improve tensile strength, modulus an abrasion of the vulcanizates from all commmonly used elastomers. Deolink TESPT should be dosed into the internal mixer together with the filler. Best results are obtained at elevated temperatures at about 120-140 oC. Mainly for compounds crosslinked by suplhur.
