2. Quality and standards: GB/T1299-2000 DIN 17350, aisi,astm a681
3. Manufacturing process:
EFS+DV+forging+annealing+UT+Surface treatment
ESR is available.
The manufacturing process to provide that the material supplied according to these specifications has a high grade of structural homogeneity and thin grain size.
4.Hardness
Annealed homogeneous condition: HB 210 max
5.Macro structure
The macrographic etching on the transverse section of the product (see ASTM A 604) must show a macro structure without appreciable defects.
6.Ultrasonic testing
Material must not show defects able to affect its application (porosity, flakes, and gas occlusions, internal or peripheral cracks); defects checked at UT control (as SEP1921/84) are not allowed if in class upper than:
Cc - for diameters until 250 mm.
Cc - for diameters between 251 and 400 mm.
Cc - for diameters over 400mm

7.Reduction Ratio : The reduction ratio required is: min. 4:1 for forged bars.
