Side walls are fabricated from 1.6mm CRC sheet and filled with 100 mm thick acoustic material having 96 kg/m density which is then covered with fibre cloth/tissue paper and finally with perforated ms sheets.

Roof is 65 mm thick CRC sheet welded in such a way to provide wrinkle free roof structure.

The D.G. chamber is fitted with internal lighting system for ease of maintenance.

The exhaust pipes are covered with glass wool and cladded with aluminum sheets to avoid heating of D.G. chamber

Residential type silencer is provided and is isolated from main D.G. chamber to avoid excess heat in genset operational.

Air inlet and outlet space is provided with sound dampers.
