Duct Manufacture Auto-line is of high performance-cost ratio and suitable TDF flange angle sheet flange as well as TDC flange.This equipment adopts international popular welded steel tubing framework,which is string wearable stable and easy for cleaning and maintenance.
This machine is consist of material feeding frame,leveler and grooving roller,notching and punching square machine,hydraulic folder,hydraulic shearer and a computer control system.The material are fed from top and the machine can process coils with inner diameter ranging from 480MM to 610MM.The computer-based control system is equipped with luxurious separate working table and a close-loop feedback system.An industrial-grade servo-motor ensure stable and precise working process.
The max feeding speed of Duct manufacture auto-line is 15m/min.The length tolerance is +/-0.5mm and diagonal tolerance is +/-0.8mm.Clients can choose material auto feding system according to their needs
