Onica key duplicator machine model -502 is popular and suitable for duplicating automobile and domestic keys with a top quality and brilliant combination of smooth movement of both carriage. All standard features designed to give high performance with simplicity and accuracy. Exclusive precision jaws both reversible and interchangeable on both carriage slides with hardened and ground pins.

The individual movement of both carriages are accomplished with the help of one knob controlling, left and right by changing its position. One side of the jaw is toothed V- Shape enabling double sided car & scooter keys to be properly clamped. Two different tracers each for automobile and domestic setting have remarkable features. The automobile tracer with instant movement is adjustable with the micrometer setting while the other tracer for domestic setting is fixed but can be adjusted once when ever needed. The micrometer tracer point regulation makes it quick and easy to correct the cutting depths on worn keys with great precision.

A well designed protective covers for each cutter together with effective lighting for the work area provides excellent conditions for the operator. A soft touch deburring nylon brush is another facility, which comes with a wide option of accessories like Fix Spanner 20-22, Cleaning Brush, Oil Can and Set of Elen Keys etc.
