Nakamura Tsukiita INC. is based in Okawa city, Fukuoka prefecture Japan. The city is known for its furniture and wood. We are manufacturers of wooden materials for building, interior and furniture. The company was established in 1967 and became a limited company in 1997.We are specialists in the manufacturing of Fancy plywood, Fire-retardant treated wood, and our original Dyed wood materials, Irodoritai in the local language. Japan is the second biggest country with forest land and yet it is also the world's third biggest importer of timber. It should be noted that Japan has very high quality timber sourced locally such as Hinoki and Japanese ceddar which are considered to be typical species of trees from Japan.This should clear the notion that Japan does not have good timber.Part of our aims and goals are to keep adding new value responsibly to our products as well as creating a business where our current and potential customers should be able to discover more about Hinoki and Japanese cedar.
