Effluent Treatment Plant
Industrial effluent consists of polluted water from industrial and chemical process. These discharges usually contain specific pollutants, which are related to nature of product handled by industry and the process followed. Industrial effluent contribute a number of chemical pollutants, some of which are toxic and hazardous in nature.
- We design treatment projects on the basis of treat ability study.
- Physical separation
- Primary Treatment : Primary or chemical treatment (Neutralization) by various chemical to reduce maximum load of effluent in the form of BOD & COD.
- Activated Sludge Process : Secondary treatment by developing bio-culture for maximum degradation of organic load by specially isolated bacterial culture for specific effluent characteristic.
- Sequential Batch reaction : (SBR) This is nothing but Activated sludge Process, but in batch treatment.
- It is basically applicable for maximum COD load and minimum flow (m3).
- This treatment is done in two or more tanks in batch. Thus, it is called as SBR.
- Tertiary or Filtration by sand and Activated carbon filters for fast absorption by maximum pore size and use of special carbon grades to remove COD load.
- Design of project can sustain for increasing flow and load.
- Combined Sewage as well as Effluent treatment set-up.
- Projects provided for effluent treatment - Chromium, Cyanide, Zink, Nickel, Coolant, Dairy, Wineries, Food processing,Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Powder Coating, Pickling, etc.
- We can club STP and ETP project set-up to save independent project cost.
- We can combine secondary and tertiary treatment, for both sewage and effluent treatment.
