It has two electromagnetic relays for the purpose of output contacts. One relay is for giving starting attempts with adjustable On and OFF timings with the help of two separate knobs over linear calibrated dial. The second relay is for giving a fail to start indication / alarm, when factory set number of attempts (normally three) are completed. The fail to start relay energies with a time delay, equal to helf of the off time delay setting after the set number of attempts are completed. N.O. (normally open) potential free contact of both the relays are provided for customer's usage.Number of starting attempts are set for 3 as standard but can be provided anywhere form 1 to 15. This is only factory set and therefore has to be specified at the time of order.SETTING/REPEAT ACCURACYA A 2% of the set time.OPERATING VOLTAGE12 VDC or 24 VDC or any other voltage including A.C. on special requirement (+25% to -35% of supply voltage variation is acceptable)RELAY CONTACT RATING6Amps resistive load or 2 Amps inductive load at 230 VAC or 24 VDC.INSULATIONThe unit will withstand 2.5% KV 50Hz for one minute between all external A.C. supply and relay contact terminals connected together and body.
