Epdm Rubber Gasket - High Temperature Resistant, 125°c, Excellent Compressive Stress Relaxation And Dimensional Stability Under Boiling Conditions

We manufacture EPDM rubber gaskets which is specially developed for use in the radiator tank of one of the big three US based auto manufacturers as a tier 2 supplier. It has following specialities:

* It has excellent resistance to compressive stress relaxation at temperature 125 degree celsius and splitting or bursting under combined conditions of compressive strains upto 60% temperature -135 degree celsius.
* It also has good resistance to ethylene glycol based engine coolants-1000 hrs at 125 degree celsius.
* The material can successfully meet with heat aging requirement of 125 degrees for 1000 hours.
* Gasket in EPDM rubber are used in a radiator of a three wheeler manufactured by an Italian manufacturer.
* This material revealed no dimensional variation or deformation in a test which involved 30 mts in boiling water.
