Epoxy Soybean Oil (Vive-86003)

XiaMen ViVe Epoxy Soybean Oil (ViVe-86003) made from soybean oil, is the most widely-used epoxy plasticizer and stabilizing agent of PVC. It has good compatibility with PVC resin. has low volatility and little mobility. And it won't react in heat or light. Using it can make the products have good mechanical strength, resistance to elements and electrical property. What's more, it's nonpoisonous, Can pass SGS 16P test and accord with EU ROHS statement and FDA rulei If 3-5 shares of the product is used in the common soft PVC products, it can improve the products' stability in heat or light greatly. Used with sanitizers, the production reduce sanitizer's mobility. Used with metal heat stabilizer, the product can have obvious synergistic effect. Moreover it can reduce the use level of other plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant.
