Under the brand name 'Flexipac' we manufacture and supply Foam Packaging Material, also known as Expanded Polyethylene Foam Sheet or EPE Foam Sheet that is strong and resilient closed cell foam typically used to provide cushioning, shock absorption and vibration dampening while packaging products. Foam Packaging Material provides for a protective packaging solution for a wide variety of products. What makes the material very convenient is that it can easily be fabricated into any desired shape simply by using inexpensive tooling. Packaging Material made by Foam can be die- cut, heat- sealed, welded, glued, saw-cut, split, skived and drilled with the use of conventional tools in order to achieve precisely specified EPE Foam Sheets.

We are capable of manufacturing Foam Packaging Material in the form of EPE Foam Pouches as well as laminated EPE Foam Pouches on automatic machinery taking customer specifications well into consideration while also making available standard bag sizes. Foam Packaging Material is manufactured in densities from 20-40 kg/cmt and the compressibility varies from very soft to semi rigid.
