We explored and found that in ancient time people would not use current oil mill extraction method and chemicals for oil extraction. In ancient times, a long *wooden* cylindrical contraption called a GHANA was to be used for oil extraction. The oilseeds were to be placed inside it and slowly grounded with pestle until the oil would come out. This is called Cold Press oil" extraction. This process doesnt heat the oil, so oxidation is minimal, results in antioxidants rich healthy edible oil. This is the best known edible oil for human consumption.
