Product Function
The stainless steel acid treatment is made of fine auxiliary materials preparation according to the last achievement of stainless surface treatment in Japan and feedback opinions used in many customers. The product is rapid-speed type (J-2).
It shows crystal mode, it's suitable for black or brownish black oxide by stainless steel welding and creates dull protective film on the surface; Its range, function and efficiency are the same as J-1 type.

Instructions
The cleaning coating of stainless steel welding line oxide is 1 ~ 2 mm and resort about 5 ~ 10 minutes; The cleaning coating of oxide on heat press end socket or heat treatment part surface should be thicker and resort at least 2 hours.

Warning:
1. Excellent ventilation on the site during operation, the operator should wear rubber gloves & shoes and respirator. If closed environment during operation is existed, it must use ventilation system with two operators work together.

2. The grease should be charged & collected by person specially, covered for the vessel and kept vertical state.

3. It has corrosively, once corrode the operatora s skin, water washing immediately.
