Product Features:
Conventional metal pads can be replaced by Inexo insulating pads which saves fettling operations and increases the productivity in the fettling shops.
Increases the casting yield since it does not require gas / arc cutting and no metal loss is experienced due to the elimination of gas cutting.
It does not give any gassing effect and improves the surface finish of the casting.
Pads can be cut in to various shapes to suit customer application.
Low dense but tough in nature and hence does not break while in use either in hand molding or in machine molding operation.
Increases the solidification time of thin section of castings.
