Fertilizer dryer mechanical structure and working principle:
Fertilizer dryer can dry the excrement of 70%-80% moisture content to 13% for storage. The whole drying process is done in a closed system to reduce the environmental pollution. Fertilizer dryer consists of heat source, feeder, rotary roller, crushing device, motor, fan, discharger and power distribution cabinet.
Wet fertilizer goes into the dryer and is scattered by the internal lifting boards. So fertilizer gets full contact with hot air. This accelerates heat transfer. Finished product is discharged at the outlet of fertilizer dryer.
