Flow Type Heat Exchangers

Designing and developing a precise range of film flow type heat exchangers, we assure heat sensitive, viscous flowing at low flow rate and low pressure is allowed while cooling, heating or evaporating.

We have 2 versions simple and improved possessing individual features of their own. The simple version comprises of falling film exchangers allowing the film flow manner inside the tubes mostly in laminar region using feed distributors thus results into a limited heat transfer coefficient.

The improvised version agitates using the close tolerance rotor or wiper system which results in moderate high heat transfer coefficient. This leads into the area of transfer, homogeneous temperature profile and concentration inside the film and improves the quality of the product.
