* high cinetical energy inside the product (created by the rotating disc). Additionally, the process air entering vertically the process chamber at the periphery of the rotating disc, forces th4e product into a helical motion,k so that practically every particle is permanently rolling around its own axis.
* regular statistical exposure of the particles to the spray nozzle by means of a defined disc rotation speed.
