Frp Bathroom Doors 6 panel FENDORE CLASSIC PREMIUM Single leaf rigid FRP sandwich composite Door shutters of 30 mm (+/-1 mm) thick are fabricated with two wood grain texture finish 2mm thick FRP skin. 70mmx26mm wooden frames used as outer frame for fixing of fittings. Paper Honeycomb used for inner core. A structural adhesive compatible with honeycomb and wood used for bonding core material and skins. The door shutters fabricated using adhesive bonding technique by applying high pressure and temperature.
